How To Pick Your Roofer
Make sure you roofer is licensed bonded, and insured.
Check to see if their safety practices are supervised. Roofing a dangerous and training is required; this is why during construction a Site Manager should be present.
What is the quality of products being offered? Be aware some roofing companies try to cut corners. I.E. The correct amount of roofing nails is required to install a shingles properly and some roofing companies take the easy route with cutting cost by using stables to install the shingles. This could cause leaks and your roofing system will fail.
Lastly, talk with your roofer, and ask questions about the company culture. If you have a gut feeling that there is something wrong… Listen!

What is the Process?
Property Inspection
We will assess the damage to your property and will review the inspection report with you. Our team will take pictures and document the damages.
File a claim with your insurance company
Together we call your insurance company and request an adjuster meeting
The Work Order
Your adjuster will send you a scope of loss. Please inform your team members to schedule a time to go over the scope with you. They will guide you through the information and develop a work order that meets your needs. We will schedule a build day with you after the work order is completed
Sign Contract
Search Is Over Roofing & Construction wants to protect and back our work. This allows us to work directly with your insurance company
Adjuster Meeting
The adjuster will contact you to schedule an appointment to inspect your property. Once this has happened, your sales team member will meet the adjuster to show them the damages we found.
Build Day
On the day of your build, we will have a Site Manager onsite to ensure your new roof goes up smoothly. On build day, please follow all procedures.
